Our Story
At Teadoro, we are passionate about bringing the finest coffee and tea to TeAdoro was born on the beach in Ocean Park, Puerto Rico with a simple idea: create something refreshing, beautiful, and good for the body.
What started as a small beach concept quickly became a passion project built around wellness, flavor, and community. Inspired by the ocean, the island lifestyle, and the desire to offer healthier alternatives, TeAdoro was created to serve drinks that feel as good as they taste.
From our first days under the sun, serving locals, travelers, surfers, and beach lovers, we saw that people were looking for more than just a drink. They wanted an experience something fresh, natural, uplifting, and full of positive energy.
That is why we created TeAdoro: a mocktail and coffee bar inspired by Puerto Rico’s tropical beauty, local ingredients, premium coffee, fresh fruits, teas, smoothies, and alcohol-free creations that celebrate life without compromise.
Our mission is simple: to make every drink feel like a love letter to your body.

TeAdoro Opening Promo Official Rules
1. Promotion Name
This promotion is called the TeAdoro Opening Promo.
This is a limited-time customer appreciation promotion created to celebrate the opening of TeAdoro. This promotion is intended as a commercial opening promotion for TeAdoro customers and supporters. It is not intended to operate as an illegal raffle, lottery, gambling activity, or unauthorized game of chance.
2. SponsorThe promotion is sponsored by TeAdoro.
This promotion is being presented in collaboration with Jeep Adventures PR, described commercially as one of the leading Jeep rental companies in Puerto Rico.
3. Promotional Product
Customers may purchase the TeAdoro Premium 8 oz Coffee Opening Promo Pack for $25.
Each paid Promo Pack includes:
- One premium 8 oz coffee from TeAdoro.
- One promotional entry for a chance to win the prize described below.
The purchase is for the coffee product and opening promotion experience. The promotional entry is included as part of the opening promotion.
4. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to participate.
A person may request one free promotional entry by sending their full name, phone number, email address, and the phrase “TeAdoro Opening Promo Free Entry Request” to the official contact method designated by TeAdoro.
Free entries receive the same odds of winning as paid promotional entries.
Limit: one entry per person unless otherwise approved in writing by the Sponsor.
5. Prize
The prize is one 2022 Jeep Willys, subject to availability, verification, and final prize inspection.
The prize is awarded “as is,” without warranties from TeAdoro except those, if any, still available from the vehicle manufacturer, dealer, or applicable third party.
The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, title transfer fees, registration, insurance, marbete, government charges, licensing, and any other costs related to accepting, owning, transferring, or operating the vehicle, unless otherwise stated in writing by the Sponsor.
The prize is non-transferable before delivery and cannot be exchanged for cash unless the Sponsor, at its sole discretion, offers a cash alternative.
6. Entry Period
The promotion begins on June 6, 2026.
The scheduled drawing date is July 4, 2026.
7. Entry Limit and Minimum Participation Requirement
A maximum of 2,500 promotional entries will be issued.
The drawing is subject to a minimum participation threshold of 2,500 issued entries.
If the minimum participation threshold is not reached by the scheduled drawing date, the Sponsor reserves the right to postpone the drawing date and announce a new drawing date publicly through TeAdoro’s official communication channels.
All valid entries will remain valid if the drawing date is postponed.
8. How to Enter With Purchase
A customer may enter by purchasing the TeAdoro Premium 8 oz Coffee Opening Promo Pack for $25 through TeAdoro’s official payment link, website, or approved point-of-sale system.
After purchase, the customer will receive a confirmation or ticket number. The customer should keep their confirmation as proof of entry.
Each valid purchase of the Promo Pack equals one promotional entry, unless otherwise stated in writing.
9. How to Enter Without Purchase
To enter without purchase, the participant must submit a free entry request with:
- Full legal name
- Phone number
- Email address
- City and municipality
- Statement: “I request one free entry for the TeAdoro Opening Promo.”
Free entry requests must be received before the close of the entry period.
Free entries will be treated equally with paid promotional entries.
10. Eligibility
Participants must be legal residents of Puerto Rico or otherwise legally eligible to participate under applicable law.
Participants must be at least 18 years old.
The winner must present valid government-issued identification before receiving the prize.
Employees, owners, contractors, immediate family members, and household members of TeAdoro, Jeep Adventures PR, and any directly involved promotional partners may be excluded from winning to avoid conflicts of interest.
11. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received.
The drawing may be conducted electronically, manually, or through a secure third-party ticketing or random selection platform.
The Sponsor reserves the right to document the drawing by video, witness, audit trail, ticketing report, or other reasonable method to protect transparency.
12. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the phone number, email, or contact information provided at entry.
The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of notification.
If the potential winner does not respond within 72 hours, cannot be verified, is ineligible, refuses the prize, or fails to complete required documentation, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
13. Required Documents From Winner
Before receiving the prize, the winner may be required to sign:
- Prize acceptance form
- Liability release
- Publicity release, where legally permitted
- Tax acknowledgment
- Vehicle transfer documents
- Any required government or registration documents
Failure to complete required documents may result in disqualification.
14. Taxes and Reporting
The winner is responsible for all tax obligations related to receiving the prize.
The Sponsor may issue any required tax forms or informational returns related to the prize, as required by Puerto Rico or federal law.
The fair market value of the prize may be taxable income to the winner.
15. Vehicle Condition and Delivery
The vehicle will be delivered only after winner verification and completion of all required documents.
The Sponsor may require the winner to pick up the vehicle at a designated location in Puerto Rico.
The winner is responsible for obtaining valid insurance before taking possession of the vehicle if required by law.
The Sponsor is not responsible for the winner’s use, maintenance, accidents, violations, tickets, damages, or expenses after delivery.
16. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Maximum entries: 2,500.
17. Changes, Postponement, or Cancellation
The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, postpone, suspend, or cancel the promotion if:
- The minimum entry threshold is not met.
- Fraud, technical errors, payment issues, or unauthorized activity occurs.
- The prize becomes unavailable.
- Required permits, approvals, or legal guidance require changes.
- Weather, emergency, force majeure, government action, or business interruption affects the promotion.
If the promotion is canceled, the Sponsor may, at its discretion, offer refunds, substitute promotional value, or take another commercially reasonable action.
18. Fraud Prevention
Entries may be rejected if they are incomplete, duplicated, altered, fraudulent, generated by bots, purchased through unauthorized channels, or inconsistent with these rules.
The Sponsor may require proof of purchase, proof of identity, or verification of entry.
Duplicated, copied, resold, or tampered tickets are void.
Only entries recorded in the Sponsor’s official entry system will be valid.
19. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner allows TeAdoro and Jeep Adventures PR to use the winner’s name, image, likeness, city, and prize-related content for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.
20. Limitation of Liability
By participating, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless TeAdoro, Jeep Adventures PR, their owners, employees, contractors, vendors, partners, affiliates, and representatives from claims, losses, injuries, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses related to participation in the promotion, acceptance of the prize, use of the prize, or any technical or administrative error, except where prohibited by law.
21. Disputes
Any dispute related to this promotion shall be handled under the laws and jurisdiction applicable in Puerto Rico.
The Sponsor reserves the right to make final administrative decisions regarding eligibility, entries, winner verification, and interpretation of these rules, subject to applicable law.
22. Compliance
This promotion is subject to all applicable laws, regulations, permits, and administrative requirements in Puerto Rico.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
The Sponsor reserves the right to amend these rules to comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
